Acceptable Use Policy
PLACEHOLDER — this is not legal advice. Scaffolding for internal review only. Replace with a counsel-reviewed Acceptable Use Policy tailored to your GPU/compute offering before onboarding external customers.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the EntBox AI platform (the "Service"). It supplements the Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited activities
- Illegal use — anything unlawful, or that facilitates illegal activity.
- Abuse & harm — harassment, threats, or content that exploits or endangers others; generating child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited.
- Security violations — unauthorized access, probing or breaching systems, circumventing tenant isolation or quotas, or interfering with other customers' workloads.
- Intellectual-property infringement — uploading or generating content that infringes others' rights.
- Malware & fraud — distributing malware, phishing, spam, or engaging in deceptive or fraudulent activity.
- Prohibited content — [define categories you disallow, e.g. certain high-risk model outputs].
3. Compute & resource use
Use compute fairly and as intended. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not use the Service for [cryptocurrency mining], to run denial-of-service infrastructure, or in ways that degrade the Service for others. Rented GPUs and quotas must not be resold or shared outside your organization except as allowed by your plan. [Set concrete fair-use and rate limits.]
4. Model & AI use
You are responsible for how you use models and their outputs, including compliance with any underlying model licenses and with laws governing automated decision-making, biometric data, and high-risk applications. [Reference any usage policies of the models you host.]
5. Security research
Good-faith security testing is welcome only within an authorized scope. Do not test against other tenants or shared infrastructure. Report vulnerabilities to [security@enterprisebox.ai]. [Link a responsible-disclosure / safe-harbor policy.]
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, throttling, suspension, content removal, or termination, and may cooperate with law enforcement where required. [Describe notice and appeal process where feasible.]
7. Reporting
Report abuse or violations to [abuse@enterprisebox.ai] (placeholder — set a monitored address).
